Setting up your standees for target practice

Sunday, August 17th, 2008

While I realize many of our standees are destined to be decorative pieces in your dorm room or den, and that’s great, there will be many of you who will take them to the range to let them fulfill their intended destiny – death by lead poisoning!  Our standees will come with an easel that will fold back so they will stand on their own. If you are displaying your zombie, this will be sufficient for that purpose. If you are taking him to the range, I’d suggest you secure your standee to some kind of post or sunken in stake so he doesn’t get knocked over by the force of the bullet. Also, keep your target at least 15 yards away from the muzzle of your gun so the pressure and gasses escaping the barrel don’t shred your target. I know you’ll love shooting these targets up!
